If you're returning an item due to a retailer error or product fault, your refund will be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse and the issue has been confirmed.
For returns made for any other reason, the item will be assessed by our quality team. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the item at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the return is not accepted, a member of our team will get in touch.
Please note:
We’re unable to process refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers such as Currys, B&Q, or Amazon. Please follow the returns policy of the retailer you purchased from directly.
