How do I return my order?

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to keep your item, please complete our returns form to start the process. Our customer service team will be in touch within 5 working days to let you know if your return has been approved.

Return eligibility:

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery confirmation from our delivery partner).

• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

• All chargers and accessories must be returned in the same box

• All returns are inspected before a refund is processed. If the product shows visible signs of use, a partial refund may be granted.

Please note:

• If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind (rather than due to a fault or error on our part), you’ll need to cover the return postage.

• A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
