Once an order is placed, you have a 24 hour period to update any delivery address by contacting us at support@nooku.co. Once this window is closed we can no longer accomidate any further change requests.
Please double-check your address details before completing your order.
Depending on your delivery partner and location, you may still be able to choose alternative delivery options, such as:
Delivery to a neighbour
Delivery to a safe place
Collection from a local pickup point
These options can be arranged using your tracking number via the delivery partner’s website or app. Nooku cannot take any liability for requests made to our delivery partners.
