How to recover your Nooku mini
Recovering your nooku mini requires a factory reset of the device - this is straightforward and shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
For this task you will need a stiff, thin object such as an unfolded paper clip, or SIM-eject tool that typically comes with most smartphones. We would not recommend using something sharp (e.g. a sewing needle) due to risk of injury or damage to the device.
- Make sure that your nooku Mini is plugged in and receiving power.
- Turn your nooku Mini over and locate the small pin hole found on the rubber base towards the rear of the device above the product label.
- Insert the paper clip, or other object until it hits a hard stop and apply pressure - you should be able to feel it pushing down on a small button. You may see the display change at this point - this is normal.Hold this position for around 8 seconds until the display goes black, the internal LEDs illuminate with a blue colour, and the display returns to the nooku logo.
- You should now be able to see the Bluetooth connection screen reappear on the device. This means you can try to reconnect the device or add to a different room.
Please note: If you have followed the steps to recover your device but have not deleted it from the app you will not be able to set it up again until doing so.
